The
Orchard School Parents' Association ("OSPA") agrees to:
Provide space, ground protecting plastic and mulch to use in creating
Exhibitor's MicroGarden.
Provide Exhibitor access to the Event site and its MicroGarden.
Provide Exhibitor access to its MicroGarden site beginning April 23,
2007, until April 30, 2007, to install and remove its plant materials and
supplies. Provide a sign printed with Exhibitor's business name that is
to be left at the MicroGarden site at the end of the Event.
Provide 24-hour security during the days of the Event.
The Exhibitor agrees to:
Complete the MicroGarden installation and prepare the site to show condition
by 9 a.m., April 26, 2007.
Install its MicroGarden within the boundaries of the assigned space
and maintain its display in a clean, safe and orderly condition throughout
the Event.
Replace any plant material that becomes wilted or unsightly prior to
each day's public hours and throughout the show hours as necessary.
Not to erect, install or assemble any banners, signs or structures larger
than 18 inches high or 48 inches wide without prior approval from the
MicroGardens Committee Chairperson(s).
Remove all plant materials and supplies and return the site at the Event
to its original condition by 4 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2007.
Be responsible for the care, maintenance and insurance of Exhibitor's
MicroGarden and supplies, for which the "OSPA" will have no
responsibility.
Hold the "OSPA" harmless from and indemnify the "OSPA"
for any loss, liability, expenses or damages that the Exhibitor may incur
as a result of the negligence or intentional acts of the Exhibitor or
its employees or agents.
Understand that, at the time of the execution of this contract, the
"OSPA" is planning for the Event; at any time prior to the Event
the "OSPA" reserves the right, with no liability to the Exhibitor,
to cancel the Event for any cause or reason, by written notice via First
Class U.S. mail to the Exhibitor at address listed above.
